Providing high quality assessments, education and training in industrial and facility maintenance that increases employee knowledge, performance and productivity. We offer over 140 online assessments, 140 online classes, and 150 hands-on classes; in addition to our regularly offered courses we have the ability to develop custom training programs and classes to meet individual customer's specific needs. We have three areas of operation: Training, Assessment, and Advocacy; with these services we can increase the efficiency and skill of a company's maintenance and production managers, maintenance technicians, as well as plant managers.

Training:

            We believe in education vs. simple training, our instructor-lead, and self-directed courses go beyond specific parts and equipment. We educate students in underlying concepts which they apply again and again, even as technology advances. The classes can be taught at our NC training facility or at a convenient location to your facility.

Assessment:

            In order to properly evaluate the skill/knowledge levels of the maintenance staff, we recommend utilizing specific, industry-developed tests to determine the levels of each individual. This enables us to recommend the proper courses to close the "skill gaps" and establish a baseline for all current and future maintenance employees. We also have the ability to assess the entire maintenance department/process, and make recommendations to ensure that they provide a more efficient support function for the plant operations.

Advocacy:

            We have developed working relationships with various local and state agencies/ organizations, and are able to coordinate efforts; on our client's behalf, to access resources (facilities, funding, etc.) to enhance the training efforts. The network of workforce development boards and community colleges are a valuable resource in enhancing and extending our training programs.
